FINANCIAL PORTFOLIO MANAGER

In order to provide our clients with a complete value offering, i-Structure contributed to the founding of Linq Administrador de Portafolios Financieros, S.A. de C.V. in 2018, as an independent third party in the management of securitized portfolios

Linq serves as the master servicer for certain of the securitizations structured by i-Structure, where it performs the following activities (among others):
  • Portfolio Audit: review of credit files, according to established criteria or policies.
  • Revenue Audit: Reconciliation of revenue flows from bank collections and transactions.
  • Portfolio analysis to assess portfolio performance over time, measuring delinquency, concentration, and other metrics.
Linq is a company created to fulfill the purpose of master management and has information systems designed for securitizations, in addition to being the financial portfolio manager with the most advanced systems.
